LOVE @ WORK ❤️
Love is a word we use often but how often do we truly live it out? Its meaning can be easily twisted or lost through life experiences. In the world, this may be true but in the Kingdom of God, love is supreme. It is the greatest of all virtues, and without it, we can do nothing. After all, God is Love.

If we say we love God, then we must obey His commands. In other words, OBEDIENCE is God’s love language.
Anchor Verse: 1 Corinthians 13 (TPT)

Love is:
• Incredibly patient
• Gentle and consistently kind to all
• Joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong
• A safe place of shelter, always believing the best for others
Therefore, love always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres.
Love is not:
• Jealous when blessings come to others
• Boastful or self-important
• Disrespectful or selfishly seeking honor
• Easily irritated or quick to take offense
• Defeated by failure, for it never gives up
Therefore, love never stops loving.

Reflection: What love language do you bring to work?
For me, it’s words of affirmation and acts of service. I’ve discovered that affirming colleagues for their excellent work makes them feel seen, appreciated, and valued. When I step in for a colleague on leave, I ensure the work is done well, giving them confidence to delegate without worry. Acts of service in the workplace build respect, trust, and a sense of being loved.

You may ask: How can I love colleagues who may not support my progress?
Some may not but love isn’t about what you receive in return. It’s about how you show up, serve, and affirm others, even in challenging circumstances.
