Chuck is an avid educator, he developed his management expertise at The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. Chuck pioneered Harvard University’s organizational development curriculum.
Putty Putman, Founder School of Kingdom Ministry
Putty is In the process of obtaining a Ph.D. in theoretical quantum physics, Putty Putman ran headlong into the power and reality of the Holy Spirit during a supernatural encounter in China. Following the leading of Jesus to sell everything he had to purchase the pearl of great price, Putty terminated a successful career in physics to pursue learning, leading and training others to move in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Putty is on the Senior Leadership Team of the Vineyard Church of Central Illinois and co-leads the preaching team, as well as oversees the School of Kingdom Ministry, a supernatural training and discipleship school hosted by local churches across the country and around the world. As a gifted communicator and passionate equipper, Putty loves to see people grow in the conviction of who they are in Christ and be released to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Allan Kilavuka, CEO Kenya Airways, Nairobi, Kenya
Mr. Kilavuka is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Airways Plc.
He’s also a Non-Executive Board Member of two Kenya Airways subsidiaries, the regional operator Jambojet and the Tanzanian operator Precision Air. He was recently appointed to the International Air Transport Association board of governors on an interim basis.
He is the former Managing Director of Jambojet Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Kenya Airways Plc. With over 23 years’ experience in leadership and management, and extensive knowledge and experience in the Africa business environment, Allan has proven success in new organization set ups, change management, financial planning, integrations, process improvement and company compliance and responsible strategic leadership.

Gibson Anduvate, Senior Pastor ICC Mombasa Road,Nairobi Kenya
Gibson Anduvate serves as the Senior Pastor of International Christian Centre Nairobi; a multi-site church ministering to a congregation of over 5,000 people weekly. He is a mentor to many through his visionary and great relational gifts. He is committed to raising Godly generations and helping Christians live out a life of impact in their spheres of influence. He is the author of ‘Leading Young’ a revolutionary book shifting mindsets across the continent. Gibson is married to Liz and together they have three children; Misaki, Gideon and Mikaela.
Teresia Njoroge, Founder Clean Start Nairobi Kenya
Teresa Njoroge is the Founder and CEO of Clean Start Solutions, a social enterprise focused on transforming the lives of marginalized, poor imprisoned and formerly imprisoned women and their children. Teresa decided to dedicate her work to tackling the criminalization of poverty after witnessing firsthand the inherent prejudices of the Kenyan Criminal Justice system.
